This late-1970s/early-1980s Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche high-waisted skirt was made in France of lined burgundy wool. It fastens up the left side with a metal zipper and a hook at the waistband. There is a 12.5" vent at the back and a pocket on each side. It's in excellent condition, has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
